For over a decade, he served as a partner with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in Phoenix, Arizona, where he guided clients through the complex landscape of immigration law, particularly focusing on issues related to labor and talent retention, such as PERM Labor Certification and E1B Visas. Prior to his tenure at Fragomen, Rodney Malpert practiced business immigration law at firms such as Phleger & Harrison, Baker Botts, and Brobeck, and served as senior counsel at Texas Instruments, handling global immigration issues.
