A Cornell Law School graduate and one of the preeminent business-immigration lawyers in the country, Rodney Malpert has served as a partner with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in Phoenix, Arizona, for more than a decade. In this role he works with clients to help navigate the often treacherous waters of immigration law as it pertains to companies, particularly focusing on the issues that impact the retention of labor and talent such as PERM Labor Certification and E1B Visas. Before joining Fragomen, Rodney Malpert practiced business immigration law at firms such as Phleger & Harrison and Baker Botts and Brobeck, and served as senior counsel at Texas Instruments, where he also handled global immigration issues.
